Java ( V 17/21)2. Spring ecosystem ( Spring boot, Spring batch, Spring cloud, Spring Security etc.)3. Microservices architecture, RESTful API design and distributed systems4. Relational database ( Oracle or Postgres SQL) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA)5. Messaging Systems (Kafka, Rabbit MQ) and caching solutions (Redis)6. Cloud Platforms ( AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)7. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Github etc.)8. Software design principles – microservices design patterns, SOLID Principles etc.9. Payment domain experience is plus AI Technologies (1-2 years’ experience):1. Experience in using Github Copilot or Cloude Code2. Knowledge of AI Agent and Agentic AI workflow development3. Good understanding of AI Concepts ( LLM, ML Algorithm, RAG, MCP, NLP, ML Ops Tools etc.)4. Knowledge of measuring the AI uses in different phases of PDLC. Product Development ( 5+ Years of recent experience):1. Product development mindset ( Customer-centric thinking, outcome over output, Data driven decision making, Continuous learning, Balance business, technology and user needs, Prioritization discipline etc.)2. Solid understanding of product development lifecycle ( Vision, roadmap, backlog, spring planning, development, testing, CI/CD, product launch, monitoring etc.)3. Translate business requirements into technical solutions.4. Collaborate with Product Managers, UX teams, and stakeholders.5. Drive feature development, enhancements. Agile Delivery( 5+ Years of recent experience):1. Participate in sprint planning, estimation and retrospectives.2. Track development progress and mitigate risks3. Coordinate cross-functional teams.4. Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum Practices. Technical Leadership (4+ years of recent experience):1. Define and drive the technical architecture and technology roadmap.2. Make critical design and technology decisions.3. Establish coding standards, development guidelines, and best practices.4. Conduct architecture and code reviews.5. Ensure software quality, performance, scalability, and security.6. Lead and mentor software engineers.7.
