Job Description

As a Security Officer Access Administration in Breinigsville, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and help maintain an orderly environment. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with visitors and team members, and use computer or tablet systems to document security-related information. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct guests and vendors according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Observe and report unusual activity, access-control discrepancies, and facility conditions, completing clear and accurate incident documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
