DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
The Services Engineer – ServiceNow is a full lifecycle technical consultant responsible for both pre-sales and post-sales activities across the ServiceNow portfolio. Initially focused on Armis and Veza cybersecurity solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem, the role supports opportunity development, solution design, demonstrations, proof of concepts, implementation, adoption and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide pre-sales technical support, discovery workshops, demonstrations and proof of concepts.
Design and implement ServiceNow, Armis and Veza solutions.
Support RFPs and technical responses.
Deliver implementation, configuration, testing and knowledge transfer.
Provide post-sales support and adoption guidance.
Deliver technical enablement sessions for customers and partners.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal Services Engineer – ServiceNow has:
- Experience in pre-sales and/or post-sales consulting.
- ServiceNow, Armis, Veza or cybersecurity platform experience.
- Solution design and implementation capability.
