Description
Mercor is conducting a paid research study in collaboration with a leading AI research lab focused on improving healthcare and member experiences. We are seeking pharmacy benefit and PBM decision-makers at health plans and health insurers to take part in a short online survey about how their organisation selects, manages, and contracts with pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs). Insights gathered will help inform the development of AI tools designed to improve how health plans manage pharmacy benefits and serve their members.

Participants will be asked to:
Complete a structured ~25-minute online survey
Share perspectives on PBM selection, contracting, formulary decisions, and specialty pharmacy arrangements
Submit all responses within the given timeline
Requirements
Work for a health plan or health insurer, a provider-sponsored health plan owned by a health system, or a third-party administrator (TPA) that makes its own PBM decisions
Hold a role in your organisation's pharmacy benefit and PBM decisions — final decision-maker on PBM selection, member of the PBM selection committee, strong influencer on the decision, or day-to-day manager of the PBM relationship
Current title such as Chief Medical Officer or Medical Director, Chief Pharmacy Officer, VP or Director of Pharmacy, Chief Financial Officer or VP of Finance, VP of Procurement or Supply Chain, VP of Network or Provider Contracting, Chief Compliance Officer or VP of Regulatory Affairs, PBM contract or vendor relationship manager, Manager or Director of Clinical Pharmacy Programs, or a pharmacy operations, finance, quality, or contracting manager or director
