Description

Senior Analyst, AI Transformation

Role Summary

The Senior Analyst, AI Transformation supports the central AI Transformation Office across its program portfolio and special projects. This is a build-and-learn role for a technically curious early-career professional: the analyst produces the data, analysis, and materials that keep the AI Transformation Council running - and is expected to use AI tools daily as a core part of how the work gets done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio analytics & reporting - maintain the AITC portfolio tracker and produce recurring dashboards and briefing materials for leadership forums, workstream reviews, and the PMO Leader Network.
  • Adoption analytics - gather, structure, and analyze data on AI tool adoption, usage, and value indicators across programs; surface trends and outliers proactively.
  • AI-native ways of working - build working aids with AI - prompt libraries, automation scripts, AI-assisted analysis and document generation - and help teams across the portfolio do the same.
  • Program support - support program and special-project delivery: meeting preparation and follow-through, dependency tracking, stakeholder mapping, research on vendors, models, and market developments.
  • Materials & content - prepare high-quality slides, briefing documents, and summaries under the direction of the AI PMO leads; own the accuracy of the numbers behind them.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in analytics, project coordination, consulting, or a technical support function (or an exceptional graduate profile with relevant internships).
  • Strong analytical toolkit: advanced Excel; working ability in at least one of Power BI, SQL, or Python.
  • Demonstrated hands-on use of GenAI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) beyond casual use - able to show concrete examples of AI-assisted work.
  • Excellent attention to detail and written English; comfortable producing executive-facing materials.
  • Self-starter who manages competing priorities and asks good questions early.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in a quantitative, technical, or business-technology field.
  • Exposure to PowerPoint automation, low-code tools, or basic scripting for reporting.
  • Interest in AI governance, evaluation, or the AI development lifecycle.

Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)

  • Portfolio reporting is accurate, current, and produced with minimal supervision.
  • At least two reusable AI-enabled working aids adopted by the wider team.
  • Recognized by program leads as a dependable first call for analysis and materials.
