Gettle Incorporated is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant/Driver to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting our warehouse operations by ensuring the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of electrical materials, tools, and equipment to company jobsites. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, organized, and committed to providing excellent support to both our warehouse and field teams in a fast-paced environment.
The Warehouse Assistant/Driver works closely with the Warehouse Manager, Project Managers, field personnel, and vendors to ensure materials are available when needed to support successful project execution.
Warehouse Assistant/Driver | Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

- Safely deliver electrical materials, tools, equipment, and supplies to company jobsites while operating company vehicles.
- Load, unload, secure, and transport materials.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections.
- Comply with DOT regulations and company driving policies.
- Maintain delivery records.
- Receive, inspect, unload, and stock materials.
- Organize warehouse inventory.
- Assist with inventory counts.
- Prepare materials for projects.
- Maintain a clean warehouse.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Follow OSHA, DOT and company safety requirements.
- Wear required PPE.
- Report unsafe conditions.
- Communicate with managers, field personnel and vendors.
- Support field crews.
- Maintain professionalism.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Use computers for inventory and reporting.
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment.
- Maintain regular attendance.
- Work overtime as needed.
- Travel to jobsites as required.
Warehouse Assistant/Driver | Requirements:
- High school diploma or
- 3-5 years warehouse/delivery experience preferred.
- Electrical construction material knowledge preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- DOT Medical Card required.
- Class B CDL preferred.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and on a team.
- Exposure to weather and moderate noise.
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel and climb.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Push/pull up to 100 pounds.
