The role is responsible for coordinating bioanalysis and biomarker assay and testing related activities with China CPPB & Biomarker and China and global stakeholder teams, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery of lab and data readiness to support clinical development and regulatory submissions.

Collaborate with Clinical Pharmacology, Bioanalysis & Biomarker leads in collecting and maintaining external CRO information and quotations.

Provide operational support to China Bioanalysis and Biomarker leads across clinical studies, including the coordination of relevant bioanalytical and biomarker testing deliverables.

Support the tracking study-level activities and readiness, including but not limited to timelines, milestones, vendor and contract status, assay readiness, critical material logistics, as appropriate.

Coordinate logistics for critical bioanalytical and biomarker materials such as reagents, reference standards, cross validation samples, and other critical study materials, ensuring timely availability and resolution of related issues.

Coordinate with external CROs, specialty laboratories, and internal cross-functional teams to support the timely delivery of data, reports, and submission-ready documents.

Collaborate with Clinical Pharmacology, Bioanalysis & Biomarker leads in collecting and maintaining state-of-the-art technology information as appropriate.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Qualification Requirements:

  • BS/MS in relevant fields (e.g., biology, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical analysis) with 4+/2+ years of industrial experiences in managing and coordinating clinical bioanalysis and/or clinical biomarker testing activities.
  • Strong project and time management skills, problem solving, communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong operational knowledge of bioanalysis and biomarker activities, including assay transfer, assay validation, clinical sample analysis, with experience working with bioanalytical vendors and/or central laboratories.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English as working language.
  • Laboratory or data management background and knowledge of immuno-assay and/or bioanalysis is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the drug development process, clinical bioanalysis and working with translational clinical research is a plus
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements e.g. ICH/GCP, GLP, etc. Knowledge of China regulation is a plus, e.g. HGRAC, sample exportation.
  • Highly self-motivated and collaborative, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in matrix teams.
