Description

ABOUT
Want to join a fast-paced, innovative company that is transforming the future of blood testing? Truvian is a healthcare technology company operating at the intersection of diagnostics and consumer technology. We have developed an automated benchtop diagnostic platform that delivers laboratory-quality results in 30 minutes or less across a broad range of health tests.

Our proprietary technology, which has received FDA clearance, is designed to make blood testing more accessible, convenient, and affordable by providing comprehensive results from a single small blood sample in minutes—whether in a retail setting or a private clinic. As we continue to expand access to diagnostic testing, we are actively pursuing CLIA Waiver status to further enable point-of-care testing and bring high-quality healthcare closer to where patients need it most.

To us, our work at Truvian is more than a job – It’s a mission.  We are a culture dedicated to discovery and empowerment. We are trailblazers on the path to put health information where it belongs - in the hands of the individual. We are partners in the belief that talented people, working as a team, can make every day an adventure. Come join us as we realize our vision to make routine health testing convenient, affordable, and actionable for today’s connected consumers!

JOB SUMMARY
Truvian is looking for an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support clinical study execution.  This is an ONSITE position. In this role, you will serve as an in-house clinical operations lead—coordinating activities, maintaining regulatory documentation, and supporting donor visits at Truvian. You will work closely with the Clinical Development Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, including Regulatory, Product Development, Quality, and CRO/vendor partners, to ensure studies are conducted in compliance with the protocol, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and applicable FDA regulations. You will partner with the external clinical team to assist with setting up new clinical sites and ensure that operations are running smoothly.

This role also requires hands-on phlebotomy experience, as you will serve as a qualified secondary phlebotomist for venipuncture and/or capillary collection for on-site donor visits. You will occasionally partner with our Research Associate (RA) staff to support study efforts, including testing with clinical laboratory instrumentation on an as-needed basis.

If you want to deepen your knowledge of clinical studies, while working alongside experienced mentors—this role is for you. This role will report to the Clinical Studies Director.
