OVERVIEW
The Manager, Digital Strategy & Insights is responsible for the design, development, management, and implementation of strategic initiatives from business case development through to execution. This role involves developing business goals and key performance metrics to support initiative monitoring and enable insights, ensuring cross-group coordination and logistical support for change implementation across the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services and technology, with a solid understanding of digital issues and trends. They will work independently, handling non-routine situations while building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve strategic goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in the development of strategic plans and holistic business programs.
- Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making processes.
- Help determine business priorities and the best sequence for executing business strategy.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Break down strategic problems and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Employ systems to manage information effectively, including customized exception reports and tracking reports.
- Integrate information from multiple sources to enhance processes, analysis, and reporting.
- Monitor and track performance, addressing any issues that arise.
- Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to communicate insights.
- Participate in change management activities to support strategic initiatives.
- Provide input into the planning and implementation of strategic insights programs.
- Review ongoing programs for effectiveness, consider industry trends, and recommend enhancements as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, along with a post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in both financial services and technology, with a solid understanding of digital issues and trends.
- In-depth knowledge of the organization's digital channels and workplace technology platforms and services.
- Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and team skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
- Influence skills to drive change and achieve desired outcomes.
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities to inform strategic initiatives.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficiency in utilizing digital channels and workplace technology platforms.
- Experience with data analysis tools and reporting systems.
