Join us and lead innovation with us. We are currently seeking a Jr. Manager Digital Banking Operating Model to join our area team. This role is responsible for defining digital banking operating models, customer journeys, business processes, and technology requirements to support the implementation and transformation of digital banking products and services while ensuring alignment with operational and regulatory requirements
A day in the life of this role:
• Define end-to-end digital banking processes for deposits, lending, payments, and other banking products.
• Design customer journeys across Mobile App, Web Banking, CRM, Contact Center, and self-service channels.
• Define and document business and functional requirements for Core Banking, CRM, Loan Origination, Payment, and Digital Onboarding solutions.
• Evaluate technology vendors, support RFP processes, and coordinate workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support transformation initiatives through process documentation, testing activities, and operational readiness planning.
Who We’re Looking for:
Mandatory Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Digital Banking, Fintech, Banking, SOFIPO, or Neobank environments.
• Experience in Customer Journey Mapping, Business Process Design, and IS/IT Requirements or User Stories.
• Strong knowledge of Banking Operations, Credit Processes, Deposit Processes, and Payment Ecosystems.
• Experience working with Core Banking Platforms and digital banking solutions. · Travel Required: Up to 25%. · Advanced English level (minimum 500 TOEIC points).
Desirable Requirements:
• Knowledge of Business Process Modeling (BPMN).
• Experience with Solution Architecture and API Ecosystems.
• Experience with CRM Platforms, Digital Onboarding, and Core Banking Integration.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC requirements and SOFIPO regulations.
• Experience supporting digital transformation and banking technology implementation projects.
