SUMMARY
The Operations Officer provides a broad range of administrative services. Provides administrative support to an individual, team, department or group in an organization. Handles a wide variety of administrative and operations support functions and manages multiple priorities.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
The ability to obtain, maintain and access classified information at the DoD Secret level.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Supports the PdD VTS executive battle rhythm, managing facility security/access, mailing shipments, visitor reception, administering timecards, tasking workflows, and supporting business operations across the organization.
Coordinates with PM Force Projection and CPE Combat Sustainment leadership for high-level briefings.
Coordinates all aspects of office administration, including travel orders via the Defense Travel System (DTS), calendar management for the Product Director and for PdD VTS, coordinates OCONUS visit requests, security clearances, passports, visas, and tracks action items for CPE Combat Sustainment.
Serves as the primary point of contact for the Oviedo facility, managing badge access, visitor requests, equipment moves, and physical security for the simulation/VR labs (Navy Facilities Access Request system, badges, site surveys).
Ensures all official memos and briefings follow AR 25-50 standards before they are elevated to PM Force Projection or CPE Combat Sustainment leadership.
Consolidates and formats slides for Business Reviews, PALT, Monthly Status Reports, ASA(ALT) charts, and staff meetings. Coordinates TSS/EE PEG events, Council of Colonels, Mod Reviews, TRIADs, Town Halls, and IPT workshops and Industry Days for PdD VTS. Leads action-officer taskings utilizing the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).
Administers SharePoint/Office 365 sites, track TDA/Faces-to-Spaces labor data, and monitor training compliance (CLP). Supports supply/inventory ordering and monitor credit card/toner purchases. Leads emergency readiness initiatives (Hurricane preparedness) and maintain emergency contact rosters.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three to ten (3-10) of years’ relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.
