Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Clinic LPN located at our Midland's Family Clinic off of Hwy 370 & 84th St, you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care and make critical assessments! You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.To thrive in this vital role, you will possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset, driven by a profound enthusiasm to help others.

 

Expectations:

• Performs general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows.
• May perform specific nursing care as it relates to the specialty of the practice.
• Obtain and document health history, information on chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors and assess disease conditions.
• Provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and federal/state laws and regulations. 
• Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.

Job Requirements

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board 
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association 
• Completion of IV Therapy Course
