About This Opportunity
Inmar’s Summer Internship Program offers a dynamic experience designed to give students real-world exposure to a professional environment while contributing meaningfully to company initiatives. Interns split their time between a high-impact cross-functional team project and department-specific responsibilities assigned by their direct manager.
Our Business & Operations Internship opportunities give students hands-on experience solving business challenges through analysis, research, process improvement, project support, and cross-functional collaboration. Depending on business needs, opportunities may be available across areas such as Corporate Operations, Global Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Process Improvement, Regulatory & Compliance Operations, Sustainability, and other business functions.
As a Business & Operations intern, you may analyze data, evaluate processes, conduct research, support projects, develop reports or presentations, and help teams identify opportunities to work more effectively. While the subject matter may vary by assignment, these opportunities share a common goal: using information, critical thinking, and collaboration to turn business challenges into practical solutions.
You’ll work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to how different teams across Inmar operate, make decisions, manage priorities, and continuously improve the way work gets done.
Please note: These internship opportunities are expected to be based onsite at our Winston-Salem, NC location and will require in-person attendance during the summer. This posting is intended to build our candidate pipeline for anticipated Summer 2027 Business & Operations internship opportunities. Specific internship assignments, responsibilities, and team placement will be based on business needs and determined as opportunities are finalized.
