Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst for our E-Commerce D2C Department, you will be the analytical engine behind our brand campaigns and digital storefronts. You will dive deep into consumer behavior, marketplace metrics, and sales data across major platforms like Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Your insights will directly shape merchandising strategies, optimize conversion rates, and drive revenue growth for our portfolio of D2C brands.

 

What You'll Do

• Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze day-to-day e-commerce metrics (Traffic, Conversion Rate, AOV, Customer Acquisition Cost) across brand websites and major marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Insight Generation: Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights to guide inventory planning, promotional pricing, and seasonal campaign strategies.
• Dashboarding & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain automated interactive dashboards (using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio) to keep cross-functional teams aligned on KPIs.
• Campaign Evaluation: Conduct post-mortem analyses on product launches, brand days, and promotional campaigns (e.g., mega sales, gift-with-purchase initiatives) to determine ROI and optimize future spend.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Account Management teams. Act as the primary data point-of-contact to answer ad-hoc questions and support long-term product roadmaps.
• Consumer Intelligence: Utilize AnyMind's proprietary tools (like AnyAI Insight) alongside external data to spot emerging market trends and shifts in consumer purchasing behavior.

Who You Are

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role. E-commerce or FMCG industry experience is highly preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong analytical portfolio are welcome to apply.

• Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.

  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).

  • Familiarity with the backend analytics of Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Seller Center.

• Analytical Mindset: You don't just report numbers; you uncover the why behind them and propose the what's next.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. You can explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders effortlessly.

• Adaptability: You are comfortable pivoting in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
