Job Summary
The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $165,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization. If you’re an Ob/Gyn who loves labor and delivery, values true team-based care, and is looking for a meaningful part-time role with a predictable weekend schedule, this opportunity offers the best of both worlds: the warmth of a community hospital and the strength of Mass General Brigham. Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced BE/BC Ob/Gyn to join our collaborative Ob/Gyn and Midwifery team as a Weekend Laborist.

What you’ll do
- Manage the labor floor while on call
- Perform deliveries, circumcisions, D&Cs, repeat C-sections, and IUIs
- Provide medical floor and Emergency Department consult coverage

- BE/BC in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Minimum of two years of post-training Ob/Gyn experience
