Description
The Market Response Specialist is responsible for engaging prospective clients, qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities, and supporting pipeline generation activities across assigned markets. The role serves as the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying business needs, delivering value-based messaging, and connecting prospects with the appropriate sales teams to drive revenue growth.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, customer-focused, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and create new business opportunities.
Qualify leads based on established criteria and determine sales readiness.
Engage with key decision-makers to understand business challenges and requirements.
Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Sales Representatives or Account Managers.
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, activities, and opportunity status within CRM systems.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
Meet and exceed individual and team targets related to opportunity creation, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates.
Follow defined service-level agreements (SLAs) for lead response and follow-up activities.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and company solutions to effectively position offerings.
Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training programs.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in sales development, lead generation, business development, customer service, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to build rapport and engage confidently with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience supporting EMEA markets.
Experience in B2B sales, financial services, market intelligence, technology, or data solutions.
Knowledge of sales methodologies and lead qualification frameworks.
Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization.
