Job Summary
- Own the end-to-end lease initiation process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all leasing transactions.
- Ensure installed devices and leasing contract terms are fully aligned prior to lease activation.
- Coordinate lease approvals with Finance Partners to facilitate asset sale invoicing.
- Prepare, validate, and manage lease exhibits and initiation documentation.
- Execute lease initiation transactions and coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Validate and approve lease purchase orders (POs) in accordance with policy requirements.
- Execute leasing legal documents, including Lease Schedules, where delegated signing authority exists
- Maintain accurate lease data and provide timely inputs to the Lease Accelerator team.
- Deliver weekly funding visibility reports to key stakeholders and management teams.
- Support monthly KPI performance analysis activities, including identification of root causes for missed targets, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement.
