We currently offer the following position in our office in Portugal which will be fully remote: Sr IT Support Technician (m/f/d)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- IT Support (1st/2nd Level): Handle incidents and service requests reliably and professionally – delivering outstanding customer service.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Support new hires, manage hardware, and administer users & groups in Active Directory.
- IT Procurement: Ensure our team is well-equipped while keeping costs under control.
- Perform basic network diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Support network security and compliance topics
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Initial hands-on experience in IT support, e.g., through internships, training, or part-time jobs
- Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Office 365
- Completed IT training, ongoing computer science studies, or equivalent knowledge
