What You Will Do
Execute and/or support manufacturing test plans, procedures, and validation activities for new and existing products.
Set up and/or support operation and/or maintenance of test equipment used for production testing (power, communication, digital/analog and/or radio frequency)
Collect, analyze, and interpret test data; document results clearly and accurately.
Identify anomalies and assist with root-cause analysis for effective corrective actions under guidance from senior engineers.
Create and/or update manufacturing data packages including factory test procedures from Technical Data Packages and/or Test Requirements/Specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Design/System Engineering, Quality Engineering, Production Control, Manufacturing Engineering, Test Equipment Engineering, and Metrology & Test Equipment Maintenance Engineering.
Follow established engineering, operational, and manufacturing standards at the factory, safety guidelines, and documentation practices.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor's degree in STEM, Electrical Engineering preferrable
Fundamental understanding of electronics and/or radio frequency (RF)
Familiar with power and RF measurement instruments.
Strong analytical skills and attention to details
Experience with communication, documentation, and teamwork
Qualifications We Prefer
Internship or co-op experience in engineering, test, or validation.
Experience with automated test or data analysis.
Exposure to revision control systems.
Knowledge of test methodologies, structured problem-solving and RCCA analysis.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
