Job Description
1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns and customer communications
2. Execute collateral production for the campaigns designed for the product or portfolio, which may include both ATL and BTL
3. Timely tracking, fulfilment and analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure that results are on track and identify areas to improve marketing efficiencies
4. Manage customer queries and issues relating to product activities by working closely with Customer Service team
5. Conduct ongoing analysis of markets and competitors to remain current in the marketplace
6. Work cross functionally with other stakeholders for campaigns related to the portfolio
7. Any other administrative work related to the product or portfolio
