YOUR NEW ROLE
- Support Relationship Managers with end-to-end processing of simple and complex lending applications.
- Prepare and manage lending submissions, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with policy requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer outcomes by managing lending requests through to completion.
- Partner with bankers and stakeholders to provide seamless, timely, and efficient lending solutions.
- Ensure lending structures, documentation, and system records meet risk and compliance obligations.
- Contribute to operational excellence through continuous improvement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Experience in lending operations, credit support, or banking operations within a financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of lending processes, credit principles, and policy requirements.
- Knowledge of risk, compliance, and verification requirements across lending activities.
- Proven financial analysis capability with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Business, Finance, Commerce, or related qualifications preferred, or equivalent industry experience
