Description
Position Purpose: Within the Ambetter Marketplace Brokerage team, you will monitor and investigate broker data for compliance, drive remediation of variances, and generate responses for multiple audits.
Key Details: This is a fully remote role. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT.
- Creating, analyzing and monitor broker compliance data for the Marketplace Broker Oversight team.
- Managing broker’s audits, conducting audits and monitoring brokers for next action.
- Creating dashboards, Smartsheet, and reports to monitor broker’s compliance.
- Communicating with brokers regarding requests for audit information and follow up.
- Ability to work with large data sets, high proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Directs, monitors and/or contributes to special projects and other planning initiatives that are highly complex and involve complaint oversight.
- Deliver education to brokers regarding audit findings.
Preferred Skills:
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to meet weekly/monthly audit completion targets
- Highly Proficient in Excel and Power Point. Ability to create complex Excel reports.
- Experience in working with broker’s, sales, and insurance background.
- Investigative experience preferred.
- Ability to deliver broker audit findings to brokers in 1x1 education setting.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of public health policy, regulatory or audit experience, preferably in a managed care or insurance industry.
