For our Corporate Finance Team, we are looking for a motivated Finance (Senior) Manager (m/f/d) to join our team based in Frankfurt or Luxembourg to start as soon as possible. This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious, fast-growing and entrepreneurial investment platform backed by an experienced team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of our Finance team, you will take on a broad range of responsibilities across multiple entities and international operations, working closely with senior stakeholders and contributing to the Group’s finance transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will collaborate with colleagues across the Group as well as external service providers.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day Finance operations for our German and other international investment management company branches, including but not limited to payments, invoicing, preparation of accounting data, employee expense reporting, and purchase order processing
- Managing day-to-day Finance operations for our Luxembourg-based GP and Carry entities
- Actively contributing to the Group’s AI and automation initiative to digitalize and automate Finance and back-office processes end-to-end
- Serving as the primary Finance contact for external service providers, including accountants, tax advisors, and auditors, across multiple regulated and non-regulated entities
- Reviewing and analysing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under German and other international GAAP, and preparing management reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Contributing to the Group’s revenue recognition process, including revenue calculations and intercompany allocations
- Managing liquidity and cash flows, including the execution and oversight of payments.
- Coordinating the annual audit process, overseeing tax filings, and supporting external fund reporting.
- Preparing and coordinating financial and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Maintaining accurate, complete, and well-organized financial records and documentation for DTCP Group companies.
- Performing ad-hoc financial analyses and supporting Finance-related projects and initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE
You have 3-5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in finance-oriented firms like private equity, venture capital funds, asset managers, international holding companies or Big 4 audit firms.
You also possess:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or qualification as a tax specialist, international accountant or Finance expert
- Strong experience in AI-driven finance and operations tools
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of German and ideally other international GAAP and tax regulations relevant for the Group
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- High assertiveness and good communication skills
- Proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
