About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:   

This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.      

The Role of Chef de Cuisine All Day Dining:   

We currently have an opportunity for a Chef de Cuisine All Day Dining to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat, Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!     

As a Chef de Cuisine for All Day Dining, you are responsible for managing the day-to-day operation in your Outlet. Taking over all responsibilities of the Executive Sous Chef during his/her absence, striving for the highest possible Guest satisfaction. Plan, organize, control, and direct the work of employees in the Kitchen Department responsible for food preparation while ensuring superior quality and consistency. Prepare all, food items Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner per guest order in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitized work environment 

Our Ideal Chef candidate will have:   

A special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest of culinary standards consistently ensure that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience.  You should have a wealth of culinary experience in luxury resorts, a desire to focus on the development of our team and a creative flair; bringing your personal touch and energy to all our food and beverage experiences.    

You will naturally also be a charismatic, nurturing, and inspiring leader with a strong passion for people's welfare and development.  You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule; creating great workplaces for all great people to deliver great experiences.     

Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
