Main Responsibilities
1. Implement Human Capital activities in accordance with procedures, quality targets, and planned budgets.
2. Provide periodic Human Capital reports.
3. Implement employee and staff recruitment processes as requested.
4. Control and input absences, overtime, and other payroll tasks.
5. Calculate and distribute employee salaries weekly.
6. Revise employee contract agreements.
7. Calculate and record monthly BPJS Ketenagakerjaan contributions and membership.
8. Mandatory Employment Reports to the local Manpower Office (Disnaker).
9. Issue verbal and written reprimands to any employees who make errors or violate Company Regulations.
10. Design Company Regulations, employee and staff pay slips, and a payroll system for payroll.
11. Monitor and repair damaged buildings, report serious damage to building management.
12. Take necessary action against employees who violate Company Regulations (Warning Letters, Suspensions, Termination).
13. Monthly reports on employee status and skill development.
14. Create training schedules, implement, and evaluate training results.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in any major, Psychology/HR/Law, preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist.
2. Proven experience in payroll operations, BPJS, managing PPh 21, recruitment, and employee relations.
3. Familiarity with the employment law.
4. Proficiency in HRIS operations and Microsoft Excel.
5. Strong leadership and communication skills.
6. Having a HR certification is preferred.
