Role summary:The Staff Technical Program Manager will lead the planning and execution of multiple complex technology programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and managing cross-functional dependencies. The position involves identifying risks, optimizing processes, and facilitating clear communication across teams to achieve operational excellence. What you'll do:
- Define and manage program goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths for multiple medium to high-complexity technical programs aligned with strategic objectives.
- Secure commitment from cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and resolve ambiguities to ensure clarity on end-to-end technology solutions.
- Translate product requirements into technical designs, ensuring scalability, high availability, and performance across systems and platforms.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate status and issues to stakeholders effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement by proposing tools and methodologies to enhance automation and operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful program delivery.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in program management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation for medium to high-complexity initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align teams and secure commitments across cross-functional groups.
- Technical knowledge of software and hardware systems, cloud infrastructure, and service management frameworks such as ITIL.
- Experience translating product requirements into scalable, high-availability system designs and ensuring operational excellence.
- Analytical problem-solving capabilities using data-driven insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex information clearly and foster collaboration among stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
