Job Description/Responsibilities
Join our team as a Gift Shop Associate and help create a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest who visits. In this role, you’ll support daily retail operations, assist visitors with questions and purchases, and help maintain an organized and visually appealing shop environment. You’ll also have opportunities to support VIP guest experiences and contribute to an exceptional visitor experience overall.
Schedule: Part-time working 24-30 hours a week
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to visitors and internal guests.
- Process retail transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain gift shop appearance by stocking merchandise and ensuring displays remain clean and visually appealing.
- Assist with visitor inquiries, recommendations, and overall guest experience support.
- Support VIP guest visits and special events as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Available to work 24-30 hours a week including evenings, weekdays, and 2 weekends a month minimum
Preferred:
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or tourism environments.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
