Are you ready to take ownership of a key warehouse operation supporting live events? The Expo Group is seeking a Drape Department Supervisor to oversee the daily workflow of the Drape Department, lead the Drape Team, and ensure materials are accurately prepared, processed, and maintained. Based in Orlando, Florida, this in-office role combines hands-on warehouse work with day-to-day team leadership to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

In this role, you will:
  • Oversee daily Drape Department workflow, staffing, and work assignments.
  • Direct the Drape Team and monitor completion of assigned responsibilities.
  • Manage the preparation, receipt, processing, and return of drape materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and inspect materials for damage or replacement needs.
  • Coordinate with other warehouse teams and communicate staffing, inventory, and operational needs to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Support hands-on department operations while promoting teamwork, safety, and continuous process improvement.
What You Bring to The Expo Group:
  • Educational Foundation: High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may substitute.
  • Experience: Less than two years of experience required; previous warehouse or trade show industry experience preferred.
  • Credentials: Forklift certification may be obtained after hire.
  • Key Skills: Team leadership, warehouse operations, inventory control, organization, multitasking, communication, and the ability to identify damaged or replacement materials.
This is a hands-on warehouse leadership role requiring frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and reaching. Employees frequently lift and carry 10–40 pounds and may occasionally lift more than 40 pounds. The warehouse environment may include elevated noise levels and periods of extreme hot or cold temperatures.
