Quantity Surveyor / Sr. Quantity SurveyorJob Description Summary
This role will support the Development & Commercial Advisory team to ensure successful delivery of commercial management and quantity surveying projects particularly in Singapore & the rest of Southeast Asia.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Management:
- Preparation and management of project budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure accurate cost control and financial reporting for all projects.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks across projects.
Quantity Surveying:
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
- Ensure accurate measurement and valuation of construction work.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.
- Provide expert advice on contractual matters and dispute resolution.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all commercial and quantity surveying activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and professional qualifications.
- With over or 8 years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating strong expertise and industry knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
