We are looking for a talented PaT Business Performance Intern who wants to be part of a team to grow our North American Business. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our high-performing and fast-paced team and be part of shaping the future of Ericsson and the telecoms industry. In this role, you will get exposure to a wide range of stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Commercial, Operations, and transformation teams. We assist our partners in solving their toughest problems, by blending fact-based insights with result-driven improvements. Our team works side-by-side and with high velocity to develop and implement solutions with the ability to scale globally. What you will do:

  • Drive strategic projects for North America, and equip executive leaders with information and advice to make fact-based decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Use Microsoft Power Platform to build solutions to problems faced across the organization.
  • Develop executive ready reporting, identifying the actionable insights.
  • Write and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the globe.

The skills you bring:

  • Actively enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business or a related field
  • A steadfast drive to solve tough problems
  • The motivation to learn and constantly improve processes and tools
  • The ability to quickly identify root causes by using large data sets
  • Consulting skills and the ability to think strategically
  • The ability to quickly adapt and pivot in a constantly changing business environment
  • The people skills required to work with all roles within Ericsson
  • Courage to challenge leadership and our current ways of working
  • The ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form
  • Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • The ability to work effectively independently and in teams
  • Must have at least a 2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
  • Actively enrolled on a full-time basis at an accredited 4-year college or university at the time of the internship
  • Grit!

You might also have:

  • Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, or data analytics tools
  • Experience in Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and change management
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor with strong technical skills to deliver coded solutions.
  • In-depth technical knowledge and practical understanding in automation, solution building, and AI.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams but operate autonomously on given projects or initiatives.
