Partner with the best As a Supporting Services Agreement (SSA) Multisite Lead for Bently Nevada, you will be responsible for supporting and executing long-term customer service contracts throughout the LATAM region. You will assess customer service needs based on critical assets, asset protection systems, and asset monitoring systems while ensuring the successful execution of SSA contracts and identifying opportunities for contract expansion and service growth. In this role, you will serve as the primary focal point for ongoing SSA contracts and new business opportunities across LATAM, partnering closely with the LATAM SSA Manager, regional service teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service performance and customer satisfaction.

As a Supporting Services Agreement (SSA) Multisite Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Managing all contract performance-related activities and serving as the primary interface between customers and project teams.
• Ensuring effective communication and information flow between customers, service teams, and leadership.
• Driving timely issue resolution, keeping customers informed of progress, and negotiating contract changes when required.
• Overseeing contract execution to ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Supporting the SSA LATAM Contract Manager and local service teams on assigned contracts.
• Acting as the primary customer liaison for all contract-related matters.
• Collaborating with regional service teams to identify new business opportunities and contract growth initiatives.
• Developing service solutions that address customer reliability and operational needs.
• Assessing job site safety conditions and ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes and Bently Nevada HSE policies and procedures.
• Conducting Asset Management and Service Needs Studies and providing recommendations to improve asset reliability and performance.
• Developing a thorough understanding of contractual commitments and ensuring their successful fulfillment.
• Managing service contracts across Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Pulp & Paper, and other process industries.
• Maintaining deep knowledge of Bently Nevada Machinery Diagnostics, System 1® and BN Protection Systems.
• Ensuring completion of operational and financial requirements, including PODs, milestone management, planning activities, KPI tracking, and customer reporting.
• Coordinating customer meetings to optimize service delivery and execution planning.
• Planning resources and logistics required to support contract execution in partnership with the Fulfillment Manager.
• Responding promptly and effectively to customer requests and concerns.
• Driving customer satisfaction through quality, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
   

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

• Be on track to complete a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university by April 2027.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills in advanced English.
• Have the ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Have the ability and willingness to work overtime when required.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Be able to prioritize work, organize activities, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Possess strong experience with contract management and control systems, including SAMC.
• Have experience using resource planning tools such as PrestServ.
• Have experience managing access authorization workflows through SISPAT.
