We are a friendly, dynamic and professional team who take pride in the strong work ethic of our people and believe investing in our people and supporting training and continued development results in the high-quality delivery of our projects. Responsibilities: Delivery of high-quality electrical installations working to exceed client expectations  Developing and growing the skills, knowledge and behaviours of electrical trainees and apprentices, by providing active support, mentoring and training Installing, maintaining, modifying, repairing and testing all electrical systems on our projects  Matters affecting Health and Safety of all personnel on site following of risk assessments, method statements, attending daily check-ins, toolbox talks and reporting on any safety concerns Management of project materials, equipment and deliveries to assist Site Supervisors in maintaining a clean and efficient site People Skills: Encourage a good team ethos of working collaboratively  Communicate in an honest, transparent, clear and concise manner Provide sufficient encouragement to enhance staff morale and provide motivation  Demonstrate good understanding of electrical service installations  Continually look for avenues to improve project performance
