Scranton Dodge is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our growing team. If you have proven sales experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone and follow up consistently, we want to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong follow-up habits — daily calls, texts, and emails are a must
- Confidence making a high volume of outbound calls
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable
- Professional attitude with a desire to grow and succeed
Key Responsibilities
- Work with customers from initial contact through vehicle delivery
- Proactively follow up with leads, appointments, and past customers
- Make consistent outbound calls to drive traffic and close deals
- Build long-term relationships and repeat business
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up notes
- Provide an outstanding customer experience every step of the way

Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Sales experience required, preferably in automotive
- Valid Driver's License
