Sept 2023 (HYBRID LONDON OFFICE AND REMOTE) Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication, addressing requests promptly, scheduling and attending meetings, and relaying pertinent information to the broader team.Collaborate closely with the Senior Talent Manager to develop and execute strategic plans for clients' careers. This includes understanding client goals, devising effective strategies, and actively working towards achieving them.Assist the Senior Talent Manager in pitching clients for brand collaborations and various opportunities.Brokering and managing deals with the client for the talent we manage and represent.Identify new brand campaigns and trending talent from a commercial standpoint, presenting findings to the team on a weekly basis.Represent clients in professional scenarios, ensuring their needs are met and partnerships are nurtured. This may involve travel to live shows, meetings, public appearances, and contractual events.Handle general administrative tasks, such as invoicing, payment management, contract negotiations, talent diary management and visa applications.Manage and enhance clients' online presence and social media strategy. This encompasses content creation, execution, and oversight of fan engagement.Conduct research, including scouting potential clients, exploring brand opportunities, assessing social media platforms, and analysing competition.Prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously. Requirements:Minimum 2 year experience in a similar role.Demonstrate unwavering reliability and dependability, consistently following through on commitments and responsibilities.Possess a comprehensive understanding of the entertainment industry, with a specific focus on brand deals, commercial partnerships, and related creative endeavours.Showcase exceptional organisational and time management skills, adeptly managing multiple projects while maintaining acute attention to detail.Exhibit a strong digital skillset, staying current with the latest developments in social media trends and practices.Display motivation, tenacity, ambition, and a willingness to learn and adapt.Show natural drive and urgency, consistently delivering desired outcomes even in challenging situations.Be willing to respond to calls and emails beyond standard office hours, attend events during evenings and weekends, and travel at short notice – reflecting a strong commitment to flexibility.Collaborate effectively as a team player.
