Responsibilities
Performs history and physical examinations and conducts appropriate intervention/procedures as determined by the plan of care. Coordinates care of assigned patients according to Northside Hospital established Standards of Care.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
- Master’s Degree in Nursing.
**Nurse Practitioner to Supervise stress testing in the CVDC (Cardiovascular Diagnostic Clinic) locations. Travel between locations required**
