Job Description:

The Senior Controller - Project aids project managers in budget preparation and project completion reports while analyzing key KPIs. They collaborate with multiple teams and the Group on data alignment and efficiency improvements.

• Supporting project managers in preparation of construction budgets by evaluating estimated costs according to documentation available in different phases of projects, standard unit prices of projects realized, tendered prices realized recently (in coordination with procurement team).
• Supporting project managers and regional directors in the preparation of project completion reports.
• Preparation and analysis of key project / company KPIs & reports.
• Close cooperation with construction director, procurement, accounting, and legal team.
• Cooperation with Group controlling team on alignment & reconciliation of data, KPI reports and their methodology.
• Participating on changes of agenda assigned to increase efficiency and/or in connection to new systems implementation.
