What You Will Do:
- Prepare food according to specifications while using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools
- Restock front line with prepared, flavorful food during peak hours
- Adheres to food safety standards and practices
- Monitor the quality of products and take appropriate action to maintain that quality
- Recognize and adhere to all sanitation, safety, security policies, and procedures to provide a safe environment for everyone
- Strive to exceed guests expectations
- Will be an ambassador for QDOBA
- Shall perform other tasks as directed by management
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum Age Requirement - 16+ years
- Have to be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs
- Ability to communicate in English required
- Fundamental reading, writing, math and computer skills
- Have to have access to adequate transportation
- Have to be willing to work a variety of shifts, sometimes will extend beyond eight hours, based upon local operating hours.
- Have to be able to work and be available weekends, evenings and Holidays.
