Job Title: Finance Assistant
Location: Driffield
Salary: Up to £32,000 (depending on experience)

Castle Employment Group are working with a well-established and growing business in the Driffield area who are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior finance experience who is looking to develop their skills within a supportive and stable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting day-to-day finance operations, including purchase and sales ledger processing
- Processing invoices, expenses and ensuring correct coding
- Carrying out bank reconciliations and assisting with month-end procedures
- Supporting credit control activities, including professional debt chasing
- Assisting with financial reporting and data entry
- Providing general support to the finance team as required
About You:
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts assistant role is essential
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident using Excel and finance/accounting systems
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to manage workload effectively and work as part of a team
- AAT studier or qualified by experience would be advantageous
