Role Overview:

As a Graphics Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and products, your creative expertise will contribute to enhancing user experiences and driving engagement across various digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branding and Visual Identity: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity that aligns with our brand.

2. Digital Design: Produce digital assets for web and mobile platforms, including banners, icons, illustrations, and graphics for social media.

3. Print Design: Develop print materials such as brochures, flyers, business cards, and promotional materials that communicate complex financial concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.

4. Data Visualization: Transform complex financial data into clear and compelling infographics and visual representations that make it easier for users to understand.

5. Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and feasibility of implementation.

6. User Research: Conduct user research to understand design preferences and user needs, integrating these insights into your design process.

7. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to ensure our design approaches remain fresh and innovative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 2 years of experience in Graphics Design, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including branding, digital interfaces, data visualizations, and print materials.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, to effectively present and explain design concepts to cross-functional teams.
