Position Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,500 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Source suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain competitive quotations and manage tender processes for construction projects
Handle pre-contract and post-contract documentation to ensure compliance and smooth project execution
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), carry out measurements, and compile progress claims to support cost tracking and reporting
Work closely with the Project Manager on additional project-related tasks to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
Use CAD software, BIM tools, and MS Office to prepare accurate project documents and support project operations

Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in residential property projects
Proficient in CAD software, BIM, and MS Office applications
