The MRDA technician provides on-shift process support for MRDA-related manufacturing during volume production and new product introduction (NPI). This role serves as the first-line responder to process, equipment, and yield issues, performing initial assessment, data collection, and risk containment to ensure smooth progression to downstream processes. The position supports MRDA/HBM product trials and low- to medium-volume qualifications, assisting senior engineers with process optimization and yield improvement. Responsibilities include recipe and process condition monitoring, basic SPC tracking, preliminary analysis of AOI/inspection and metrology abnormalities, cross-functional coordination with equipment, manufacturing, quality, and NPI teams, as well as supporting SOP maintenance and basic tool operation training. Candidates should have a semiconductor background, be able to work in a rotating shift environment, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, communication ability, and appropriate issue escalation.
