Salterra Resort & Spa is proud to introduce a dedicated apprenticeship programme for aspiring Bonefishing Guides, aimed at developing the next generation of world-class professionals right here in South Caicos.
Programme Highlights
- One-year fully structured training programme
- Annual training salary of $23,000, plus attractive benefits
- Sponsorship for Boat Master License
- Sponsorship for STCW Certification (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping)
- First Aid and Lifeguarding certification included
- Guaranteed employment contract upon successful completion
- Completion bonus of $3,000
- Accommodation and meal plan provided
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be 17 years of age or older
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Previous boating experience preferred
- Open exclusively to Turks and Caicos Islands Permanent Residents
- Must be based in South Caicos
