Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with 7+ years of Salesforce development experience to provide technical leadership, architectural governance, and strategic direction across our Salesforce ecosystem.
This role combines deep hands-on Salesforce expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the successful design, delivery, scalability, security, and long-term sustainability of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The successful candidate will lead development teams, define technical standards, guide architecture decisions, and act as the primary technical authority for Salesforce initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Serve as the Salesforce technical lead across projects, programs, and platform initiatives.
- Establish and enforce development standards, coding best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership to Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Business Analysts, and Architects.
- Lead solution design sessions and technical discovery workshops.
- Review and approve solution designs, development approaches, and deployment strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across development, architecture, and delivery practices.
Salesforce Architecture & Solution Design
- Provide architectural oversight for all Salesforce development activities.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
- Define and implement enterprise design patterns and reusable frameworks.
- Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and long-term platform strategy.
- Evaluate platform capabilities and recommend innovative Salesforce solutions.

Maintain expert-level proficiency across:

- Lead development of advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Oversee complex Aura and LWC integration strategies.
- Define reusable component standards and frameworks.
- Ensure scalable and maintainable front-end architectures.
Data Architecture & Query Optimization
- Define enterprise-level data access and query strategies.
- Design solutions optimized for large data volumes (LDV).
- Oversee advanced SOQL and SOSL implementations.
- Establish standards for data performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Drive query optimization initiatives across the platform.
Automation Strategy
- Define organization-wide automation standards and governance.
- Lead migration strategies from legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builder implementations.
- Design complex Flow orchestration solutions.
- Ensure automation frameworks remain scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Enterprise Integrations
Design and oversee enterprise integration architectures including:
