Acute Care Physical Therapist | Atlanta GA | PSLF + $5K Sign-On
We're partnering with a nonprofit hospital system in the Atlanta, GA area to hire a full-time Acute Care Physical Therapist (PT). This is a permanent, salaried role in a mission-driven hospital environment, ideal for PTs passionate about treating complex populations and building a long-term acute care career.

Day-to-Day:
- Acute care caseload of 8-10 patients per day
- Reasonable productivity expectations
- Treatment sessions structured around patient needs, not rigid time blocks
- Interdisciplinary rounds and care coordination with physicians, nursing, and rehab team
- Integrated hospital-wide EMR (Epic-based)
- Mix of ICU, step-down, med-surg, and neurosurgical floors
Compensation & Benefits:

Ideal Candidate:
- DPT or MPT from an accredited program
- New graduate physical therapists welcome (structured 90-day mentorship provided)

- Active or pending Georgia PT license

- Passion for patient-centered, evidence-based neuro care
