How you will make history here…
The Repack Planner will monitor the performance of network-wide production assets for assigned products and categories, including plants and third-party assets. The incumbent will develop, manage, and execute an inventory plan that minimizes working capital while meeting or exceeding customer service targets and minimizing write-offs. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for building constrained production plans for our repack partners. In addition, this role will conduct root cause analyses to develop and implement corrective action plans and communicate resolutions to all stakeholders. This role works cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Commercialization, and external vendors on a regular basis to resolve issues and plan for future new item launches.
What you will do…
- Responsible for ensuring the supply plan (inventory, distribution, and production) meets product demand and inventory targets for assigned brands across all channels of distribution.
- Proactively monitor network supply for assigned brands to identify and resolve projected supply risks.
- Build a repack schedule based on the rough-cut capacity plan to provide visibility to material requirements, scheduling conflicts, labor requirements, and finished goods availability.
- Review WIP availability for scheduled production needs and work with appropriate partners to mitigate risk.
- May include material management for repack materials ordered by Campbell's, including ordering materials from vendors to arrive on time for repack needs, managing material inventory, reporting projected material write-offs, and assisting with material transitions.
- Coordinate material ordering and scheduling for new item launches, transitions, and promos.
- Complete analyses to determine the root cause of issues.
- Identify issues that require cross-functional resolution and partner with the appropriate stakeholders to identify and implement solutions.
- Monitor and manage projected product obsolescence.
- Serve as the planning point of contact for brand-specific questions and requests from cross-functional partners.
- Participate in and provide input to monthly supply review meetings with cross-functional partners.
- Conduct what-if analyses and scenario planning to ensure supply for new product launches.
- Track Case Fill Rate, Inventory Days of Coverage, and waste for assigned brands.
- Serve as the Planning Lead for new item commercialization, product transitions, and product discontinuance activities.
- Analyze planning inputs and outputs to identify continuous improvement opportunities across the network.
- Act as a power user for Supply Planning processes and systems, providing training and support for other Supply Planners and supporting system enhancements and upgrades.
- Identify opportunities to drive efficiently in all planning activities and processes.

- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years’ experience in supply chain planning or comparable analytical role.

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$70,100-$96,400Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
