Job Responsibilities
Customer Service
Monitor and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Manage customer expectations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address service-related concerns.
Build, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships to understand and fulfill customer requirements.
Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure all inquiries and service requests are handled efficiently and effectively.
Operations
Coordinate air and sea freight shipments, including transportation arrangements
Liaise with co-loaders, carriers, and service providers to arrange freight bookings and shipment movements.
Prepare and process billing, invoicing, and related documentation accurately and timely.
Handle import/export permit declarations and customs clearance activities in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Source and secure cargo space with airlines and other freight partners to support shipment planning and delivery schedules.
Process full-cycle air and sea freight import/export documentation (billing/invoice)
Support cross-functional and departmental projects as assigned.
Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager or management team.
Job Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in airfreight healthcare logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, customer service, or related operational environments.
Prior supervisory or people management experience is preferred.
Possess a valid TradeNet™ declaration permit account/ID and working knowledge of CargoWise is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic operational environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.
Willing to work beyond regular business hours when required to support operational and customer requirements.
