Meaningful Work From Day One:
Accountable for the excellent execution of brand strategies at the store level, maintaining a continuous focus on implementing the Picture of Success. Tracks performance of trade marketing activities and initiates corrective actions to optimize resources. Manages third-party agency relationships to ensure high-quality personnel performance and results. Accomplishes all objectives with integrity, strictly adhering to global company policies and all applicable local legal requirements.
What You Can Expect:
Commercial Strategy & Merchandising: Plans and develops territory-specific merchandising strategies that balance customer expectations with corporate objectives. Actively participates in the "Picture of Success" updating process to ensure retail standards remain competitive and aligned with evolving brand goals.
Market Intelligence & Analytics: Analyzes sales figures, shopper reactions, and market trends to provide actionable insights. Monitors stock movement and identifies necessary interventions, such as markdowns, price changes, or promotions, to optimize inventory levels and takeaway performance.
Operational Excellence: Maximizes shopper interest by ensuring field teams and demonstrators execute product displays according to brand standards. Maintains strict operational discipline by monitoring external team attendance, store visit frequencies, and time-on-site to drive field efficiency.
Stakeholder & Distributor Collaboration: Partners with Retail and Distributor Development teams to negotiate quantities and timescales. Works closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain functions to ensure sales order fill-rate compliance and appropriate store inventory levels.
Team Leadership & Coaching: Coordinates customer strategies by coaching and driving field team selling activities. Tracks assigned KPIs and provides consistent feedback to develop robust plans of action, while motivating the team to achieve high-impact outcomes.
Administrative & Resource Management: Manages allocated accounts, budgets, and Point of Sale (POS) materials to yield maximum effectiveness. Oversees essential operative processes, including billing, invoicing, and accounts payable issues, utilizing internal resources to resolve communications and maintain workflow.
What You Bring to the Table:
Professional Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in modern channel sales or field operations, with a proven track record of executing brand strategies and managing third-party agency performance.
Analytical Expertise: Advanced ability to utilize Nielsen data and other market indicators to derive actionable insights and drive retail excellence.
Financial Acumen: Strong foundational knowledge of financial principles, statistics, and arithmetic reasoning to manage budgets and monitor ROI effectively.
Industry Insight: Deep understanding of current market trends, specifically within the beverage or alcohol sector, to identify growth opportunities.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar office software for comprehensive reporting and internal communication.
Educational Background: While a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance is preferred, candidates must demonstrate the equivalent ability to maintain operational discipline in a fast-paced retail environment.
