Description
For 45 years, we have been the benchmark for digital innovation in Italy — and today, across Europe as well.
More than technology: we are the partner that transforms the way businesses work, grow, and compete. From human resources management to digital payments, from electronic invoicing to customer relationship management, we design tailored solutions that go to the heart of business processes, making them more efficient, faster, and smarter.
Our mission is simple yet ambitious: to bring the value of digital transformation to every business, whatever its challenge. We do this by putting the customer at the center of everything — not as a tagline, but as a daily working method.
We are looking for an Integration Architect to join the Finance Integration team within the Finance Department. In this role, you will define the integration approach for finance processes in alignment with ICT, monitor the execution of the plan, and coordinate Finance-side activities to achieve objectives. You will manage a structured team of internal and external resources (consultants and system integrators) across process assessment, gap analysis, and integration solution design, within a multi-country environment (Italy, Spain, France, Turkey).
Your role at a glance:
- Define, jointly with internal ICT, the target integration architecture for finance processes (core ERP, satellite systems, data flows).
- Coordinate with ICT/Enterprise Architecture to align finance requirements with the technology roadmap.
- Lead the Integration Design & Governance team (internal and external consultants) across: AS-IS process assessment, gap analysis vs. target model, and solution design (application architecture, integration patterns, master data).
- Oversee the finance integration plan: milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalation management.
- Drive the Finance Integration + IT Steering Committee (held bi-monthly) with CFO, CIO, M&A IT Manager, FP&A Director, F&A Director, and International CFO.
- Validate technology choices related to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday), iPaaS, master data management, and identity.
- Monitor delivery KPIs: adherence to plan, design quality, gap closure, and time-to-go-live.
- Support the multi-country rollout strategy, ensuring consistency between the standard model and local specificities.
- Coordinate collaboration with system integrators and external consultants during both design and delivery phases.
What skills are we looking for?
- Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 7-8 years of experience in roles such as Finance Architect / Integration Lead / Solution Architect within finance programs.
- Proven experience in multi-country finance transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or Workday Finance (at least one platform at an architectural level as SAP).
- Proficiency in enterprise integration patterns: APIs, events (Kafka), ETL/ELT, iPaaS (Talend, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, MuleSoft).
- Experience managing multi-vendor teams (Big4 firms, system integrators) on complex programs.
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills in senior and cross-functional environments.
- Fluent English (C1+); native or equivalent Italian proficiency.
- Ability to translate finance requirements into sustainable architectural solutions.
Skills matter — but they're not enough. We look for leaders who embrace challenges as catalysts for growth and who bring our values to life through the way they work:
- ENTREPRENEURSHIP — the engine behind everything we do. We push to excel, innovate, and raise the bar — for ourselves and for the company. We are proactive, accountable, and customer-obsessed, always ready to challenge the status quo and deliver extraordinary results.
- INNOVATION — our north star. We navigate a world rich in diverse experiences, knowledge, and perspectives — and we're not afraid to experiment or fail. We build environments where bold ideas thrive.
- INCLUSION — the foundation of how we relate to one another. Every individual brings a unique story and perspective. We champion a workplace where those differences aren't just accepted — they're valued.

Growth: we offer tailored learning paths and concrete development opportunities within a continuously evolving international group.
