About the Role
This position is responsible for all aspects of Electronic manufacturing & Process team activity in HARMAN India operation. This includes: Planning, directing and controlling assembly, final product assembly processes (familiar with setting up, programming and maintaining automated Assembly station & Testing equipment, to produce exceed customer expectation quality products, main focus on NPI ( new product introduction)
What You Will Do
New product launch/ Industrial engineer in developing, implementing & maintaining the systems in line with the standards in an efficient way to improve & sustain the business throughout the Project life cycle to achieve Quality; Quantity & Delivery objectives
Handling Process & System’s Audit , Ramp up & Safe launch Management .
Identify, improve, recommend, and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, process capability, process improvement and product quality.
Develop and prepare process flow and WI for all product assembly processes. Maintain & upgrade in accordance to customer and quality system requirement, Be familiar with process flow, PFMEA and control plan
Lead the development of design documentation, materials and designs for manufacturability, provide feedback to product engineering
Create manufacturing processes, and conduct defect and failure analysis, engineering evaluations, statistical analysis and implement corrective actions to support process improvement efforts and ensure root-cause analysis translates into process improvements when appropriate
Good Knowledge in FMEA , Control Plan , Process Capability ,Work instruction, PPAP process
What You Need to Be Successful
Plan production capability and manpower for new project to achieve SOP standard base on high efficiency and low cost.
Develop and prepare process flow and WI for all product assembly processes. Maintain & upgrade in accordance to customer and quality system requirement.
Participates to implement and maintain ISO/IATF16949 quality system & EHS system.
What Makes You Eligible
Education: Bachelor degree in Mechanical /Manufacturing / Electronic
Experience: Five years or more experience in Electronic manufacturing as Process. Be a strong communicator and excellent team builder. Good experience in ISO/IATF16949 quality system.
Experience in Auto Tier1 preferable
Experience with Automotive Electronics Assembly Manufacturing is Preferable
