Alphanumeric is hiring a Retail Insights/Business Intelligence Data Analyst to support a leading global consumer health manufacturer in Warren, NJ.
If you enjoy transforming retail sales data into meaningful business insights and have experience with NielsenIQ, Circana, Power BI, or Tableau, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact with a globally recognized consumer health organization.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the transition of retail sales reporting from Circana to NielsenIQ Discover.
- Analyze existing Circana reports and recreate them within NielsenIQ Discover.
- Develop, automate, and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
- Query, extract, and analyze large datasets from multiple syndicated data sources.
- Create and maintain Excel-based reporting and analytical models.
- Partner with Marketing, Shopper Insights, and cross-functional business teams to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Track key business metrics and perform analyses that drive strategic decision-making.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with NielsenIQ Discover (strongly preferred).
- Experience with Circana (IRI) retail sales data (highly preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to business stakeholders.
